In the fourth quarter of 2024, the Swiss Android market saw significant activity in the medical apps category. Here’s a breakdown of the performance of the top five apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

EchoSOS from Ubique Health experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 1.3K in late November. Active users also showed an upward trend, reaching over 5.6K by the end of December.

OneDoc maintained a steady download rate throughout the quarter, with a peak of 953 downloads in early November. However, the app did not provide data on active users.

Shop Apotheke: E-Rezept App saw fluctuating download numbers, initially peaking at 1.2K in mid-October before experiencing several dips and rebounds, ending the quarter with 570 downloads. The app’s active user base began at 1.6K and closed the quarter with a slight increase to 1.7K.
